David's History
- David has been working with quality initiatives since 1996, using the initial model for CMM, at that point, lacking the 'I' of the current CMMI.
- Since then David has implemented CMMI for Dev and SVC in nine companies and one government agency (CMMI Acquisition model).
- Additionally, David has led 14 ISO registration projects in multiple companies around the Washington DMV area.
- Implementations led by David have experienced zero failures across these 9 CMMI and 14 ISO projects.
