  •  We will provide the elemental process documents to be tailored to your business process for policies, plans, SOPs, metrics and frameworks from our large Process Library  - all aligned with ISO and CMMI requirements.
  • While working with your people, we first bring in documents and tailor them as much as possible before we ask your folks to work on the specifics of their particular  process.
  • Then we work closely, often implementing edits ourselves to avoid overburdening your folks.
  • The new process is mapped to and compliments your current business and technical process

  • We also have defined the sets of criterion, data elements and processes necessary for areas like Risk Management, corrective actions, peer reviews and every repository you will need.
  • We provide basic repositories in MS Office form or we'll help implement processes and data in the tool of your choice. 
  • We are experts with MS Office and SharePoint apps, as well as a host of popular tools used today.
